Can I try before I buy?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 10 employees. Growth plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.

How does per-user pricing work?

You're billed based on the number of active employees on the platform. Admins and managers are included at no extra cost — only learner seats count toward billing.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans.

Is there a setup fee?

No. All plans are self-service with no setup fees. Enterprise customers get free onboarding assistance from our team.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes. We offer 50% off Growth plans for registered nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact us for details.
