We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, job title, department, and assessment responses. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and learning progress.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide personalized skill assessments and learning paths, generate analytics for your organization's admin dashboard, improve our AI models and platform features, and communicate product updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Assessment results and skill profiles are shared only with authorized administrators within your organization. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes.

4. AI & Data Processing

Your assessment responses are processed by OpenAI's API to generate skill gap analysis and learning paths. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. All AI-generated outputs are stored securely in your organization's account.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and MongoDB Atlas with SOC 2 compliance. Access to production data is restricted and audited.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Assessment results and learning progress are retained for the duration of your organization's subscription. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting hello@yogya.ai.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (which can be disabled) to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
