By accessing or using Yogya.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Yogya.ai provides AI-powered skill gap analysis, personalized learning path generation, progress tracking, and organizational analytics. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve features and functionality.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models, use the platform to generate harmful or misleading content, overwhelm our systems with automated requests, or share assessment content outside your organization without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
Yogya.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yogya.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated learning paths and assessments created for your account are licensed for your use within the platform.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Yogya.ai, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Subscription & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for annual plans.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yogya.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
